We have preserved the traditional recipe and methods created over 100 years ago – making all of our toffee and fudge by hand in brass pans on the premises. Some say it’s the best fudge and toffee in the world! Our respect for the environment shines through in how we work. We don’t use palm oil, and source materials from the UK. Our boxes are re-usable and recyclable, and the inner wrappers are biodegradable. Perhaps surprisingly, we produce virtually no food waste, as we make our fudge to order. We strive to do our best for everyone we work with – from our wonderful loyal employees to suppliers and customers. We work hard to support our local community, through charitable contributions, local sponsorship and in the wider growth of the town.
