Summit Silver

Summit Silver jewellery uses ethically sourced precious metals and is all handmade from my home studio near Bassenthwaite Lake.

Since its inception, my vision for Summit Silver was to utilise Cumbrian stone, rock and other natural materials – all collected from Lake District mountains, fells, lakes, rivers and the Cumbrian coastline. This is at the core of the business. It’s important to me to protect the Lake District.

All the materials I collect for my work are carefully curated so I leave no trace on the landscape. I often cast items in place so as to leave nature completely undisturbed. 5% of all Summit Silver’s profits are donated to The Cumbria Wildlife Trust, whose vital work protects and preserves the flora, fauna and funga of Cumbria.

I also create jewellery with traditional ‘precious’ gemstones and can offer a commission service for one-off, bespoke pieces of jewellery.
